Christina has been cooking since she started helping her mother in the kitchen at the age of four. Having lived in both Sweden and the United States Christina has a flair for both sophisticated European cuisine and American soul-fusion cooking.
Her specialty is down-home family-style food. When asked about her secret for making such delicious food Christina just smiled and said "it's made with love". Everything is created fresh from scratch using the best-available quality ingredients, artificial colors and flavors are never used.
Christina's catering offerings range from traditional Swedish dishes to American comfort-food. She offers menus appropriate for formal receptions, buffets, parties, and even children's events. She can help you plan all aspects of your event right down to the colorful balloons or live music.
Christina's food is prepared in a certified NSF kitchen, or it may be prepared at your event site or home. Her catering services are custom-tailored to your needs and budget for groups from 10 – 100+. She can provide anything from just appetizers to complete meals with desserts (everyone loves her cheesecakes!).
Christina has many repeat customers. Some of their favorite meals include: Swedish meatballs, BBQ ribs, pork fillets, fresh salmon, sandwich cakes, macaroni and cheese, southern greens, potatoes with brown gravy, cornbread, and of course, her famous cheesecake. Lean/heart-healthy menus are also available.
